Our fish house storage business has taken on a life of its own, last summer we had over 150 fish house in the storage lot. It is a good thing I had about 5 acres of land cleared last winter just for this reason and this summer I cleared out about another 5 acres. Next winter we plan on doing boat storage, we have been trained and now have all of the equipment and supplies to shrink wrap boats, so next fall when you can’t figure out just what to do with the boat think of us.

storage only, It is our policy that if you plan on working on your house
during the off season times you need to call in advance. This policy
must be adhered to for the protection of all our customers that
store at our resort. Rates include the following services: | |

We will pull houses on the lake when we decide it's
safe (no houses will leave shore without current shelter license
and proper identification). |

We will NOT be plowing driveways on a regular basis.
You will have to give 24 hours notice, at least, if you are
coming to use your house or there will be a $20.00 charge for
the driveway when you arrive. If you plan on using your house
during the week we need 24 hours notice to have your driveway
plowed. If you ever have and doubts about the weather conditions
on the lake, call before you drive up as it takes very little
snowfall with any kind of wind to plug roads. Please understand
we cannot predict the weather but we will do our very best
with keeping the roads plowed. |
