From time to time we have a few things around here that we no longer have any use for, we will use this page to list items that we have for sale.
At this time we have 3 lots for sale here in ROGERS' Subdivision, the
first one is right on Shotley Brook just off of Woody Lane. This
lot has a brand new log home on it, at this time it is just a shell
waiting for someone to finish it off the way they would like it.
The second lot is 1/2 on Shotley Brook and 1/2 on its own private
marina. The third lot is just off of Rogers road on Woody lane
and is entirely on its
own private marina. All three lots are just a short boat ride
down Shotley Brook to Upper Red Lake but who needs to go there when you
can catch all of the walleyes you need right in back yard in Shotley
Brook.

this is the same tractor that pulled the hay wagon around the
campground for all those years. I have not used this tractor for
a couple of years, I did start it once last year ( I had to pull it to
get it going) I think about all it needs is some fresh gas and a new
battery and it should go.
It was converted over to 12 volt before I got it, it use to start right up every friday and saturday night no problem but that was a few years ago. I think the starter may need to be rebuilt and it does have a oil leak on the case were one of the three point arms fastens to the case but enough oil always stays in the case to run the pump. The rear tires are almost new and the paint is pretty good, with just a little TLC this will make someone a nice little tractor.
