Here we are more than 1/2 way through summer and the walleye
fishing to date has been just great, way better than last year and it
looks like it will be good for some time.
We broke ground on our new lodge building right after the State
went back to work, already the plumbing rough in has been done
the slab has been pored and most all of the exterior framing is up.
Things are looking good, hopefully we can continue at this pace
for a few more weeks with no more problems. I sure will be nice
next winter to have flush toilets and hot showers, it will make those
long weekends here on Upper Red Lake just that much more fun.
